I spotted this round gold hair clip at H&M and it immediately reminded me of the models' hair during the Céline S/S 2015 show. There are multiple valid reasons why this accessory would be a justified purchase:
- You don't need major skills in the hair department to nail this look.
- It will make every bad hair day disappear.
- This look will cost you only 1 minute of your time.
- It's the perfect look for every occasion.
- You will look like a Céline model. Enough said.
I searched the entire web, but I never found any details on if the Céline clip was ever for sale. On another note: the H&M clip could be yours for only € 3,99 / $ 4,99. You can find it in stores or on their website.
What do you think about this look?
Is it something you would do with your hair?

I really liked the look when I first saw it on the runway last year and was sure I'd see it on ever other girl you pass on the streets of NYC. However, NOTHING! Cleary this isn't a big trend. By no means did it transcend from the runway to street fashion. I'm surprised. Would I wear the look, yes. Have I, yes but only at work. I saw a blogger wearing it a month ago and she also purchased hers from H&M and showcased one from Forever21 as well. When I purchased mine, I opted for a nicer one that Shopbop was and may still be selling. My free with the less costly ones is that they would turn extremely quick. Just one girls opinion.

Thank you for your comment! It really shows that you took the time to read the blogpost instead of just posting a standard comment. Here in Belgium, I also haven't seen the style (yet). I think that maybe it's because, when looking at a fashion show, most people don't pay attention to the hair or make up? It's a bummer, because it's such a nice way to get some inspiration!
DeleteOh wow this is simple and elegant, definitely my kind of style. I'll be on a bargain hunt for this after I submit this comment... =) xoxoxo

ReplyDeleteLove the look!
ReplyDeleteHair which role is very important part of our body, suppose we are in hurry and we forget to comb our hair then this clip make a very important role on that time and clip designing looking like a fashion jewellery style.
ReplyDeleteYou want to insult other people like fakers but you should first take a look in the mirror.
ReplyDeleteWho am I insulting?
DeleteI can take a look in the mirror with a clear conscience, dear.
Echt zo leuk he!

I really love this clip and would definitely wear it as my hair is short so this would be perfect to hold it together. It's so amazing how cheaper dupes can be purchased from the high street rather than the high end designer ones!

That's so pretty. I need to find it for the winter when I want my hair back but without tying it back. Reminds me of my mom's hair pins from the 90s
