Outfit // Faux Fur & Leather

You might notice something different ... I'm wearing glasses from now on - orders of the eye specialist. I've been wearing glasses ever since I was 7 years old, but I switched to contacts as soon as I was allowed to. Well, that wasn't such a great idea ... My eyes are damaged of wearing contacts non stop, so I have to wear glasses for 6 months straight. My eyesight is really bad (I have - 11 on both eyes now), so the lenses of my glasses are really thick. Just so you know, in case you were wondering why my glasses are deforming my eyes / head. I know that almost everyone is wearing these type of glasses now, but because of the thick lenses, I had no other option. What do you think?

As for the outfit, I opted for faux leather pants, a faux leather jacket and a faux fur vest. I'm also wearing knee high leather boots and I like the fact that they kinda blend in with the pants, making them almost invisible. Temperatures are staring to go down at a high speed now, but as long it isn't snowing, I won't complain too much. My dad bought me this bag when we were on a holiday in Sicily three years ago. The bag's shape is totally ruined (which is my own fault), but I still love it.

    love the outfit because it is so you. fabulous idea to wear the fur coat with a belt. i love those glasses, they are not too big, a true classis, looks good

    Mooie foto's, ge staat echt heel goed met die bril! Ik heb een soortgelijke, moet 'm normaal ALTIJD opzetten, doe ik NOOIT, en nu ben ik ook stekeblind aant worden :D xo

    Brilletje staat je goed en don't care dat iedereen het draagt. Er zijn zoveel aviator-modellen in de winkel dat je amper een ander kunt kiezen!

    But my dear! You look so sad!! Ok I understand pretty well all that issue about contacts and glasses because I have the same problem -my eyes get too dry when I wear contacts but anyway I do it because I do not like so much frames and I DO NOT SEE anything in front of my nose without any of them-. But you should try to see the possitive side -I try too-: Now you can wear very nice and fancy frames!! :) I have two pairs and sometimes I only put some nice make up, lovely glasses and thats it, I look great! :)

    I am in my country right now, its "kinda" of summer but anyway and even if people think I am crazy, I miss my winter clothes and the chistmas feeling in Belgium!!! I can not wait until january for getting a faux fur jacket too :P

    Oh ik vind je echt mooi met een bril! Ik wou stiekem soms dat ik een bril mocht dragen, maarja dat is wss gewoon omdat ik er geen kan dragen :p

    Oh, je ziet er een beetje droevig of verkouden uit! Jammer dat je tijdelijk geen lenzen meer mag dragen.. Ik zou zot worden ! Heb -4 en dat vind ik al erg om mijn bril te dragen !

    You look beautiful with the glasses, I have to wear that type of glasses also, contact lens damaged my eyes and can not wear them any longer. You will find the glasses as a complement for your looks , I´m sure as i did it and eyes make up can be more powerful also! :-)

    Laser helpt niet meer bij me, daarvoor is mijn sterkte te fel. Ik kan wel een lens onder mijn netvlies laten plaatsen, maar dan moet ik eerst 6 weken lang onderzoeken laten doen. Ik denk dat ik in de zomer eens ga kijken voor zo'n operatie, want nu met school gaat dat niet. En het stomme is ook dat je niks terug krijgt van de verzekering / ziekenkas, omdat het als een schoonheidsoperatie telt. En zo'n operatie kost al gauw 3000 euro. :s
